To promote internet health and freedom of information exchange, we are pleased to offer the following awards. To compete, select the award you hope to win and complete the entry form below. You must be the owner, adminstrator, or webmaster of the nominated website. The email address you provide is where we'll send the award if you win, so make sure it's spelled correctly. The website you give is where our evaluators will go to review content to validate your application. All applicants receive confirmation of receipt and will be notified of the results within 4 weeks. To help improve your site, our response will include advice and additional resources where appropriate. Good luck!

Relevance to babies or pregnancy
Altruism
Originality and creativity
Usefulness of content
Quality including functionality and aesthetics

Each criteria is worth up to 20 points and overall results scored as follows:

Points			Level
90	-	100	Gold
80	-	89	Silver
70	-	79	Bronze
	<	70	Merit

Golden Baby Award winners are selected based on what makes them distinctive, rare, and noteworthy. The primary question asked by our reviewers will be, "what makes this baby exceptional?" Both the written application and web site that features the baby will be considered so take care in what you write. Provide specific examples of how the Golden Baby candidate can be distinguished from other babies.
